People who smile in public have been through every bit as much as people who cry, frown, scream, etc. They just have the courage and strength to smile through it, everyone desires to live life to the fullest, but often we can be caught up in a gray daily routine, which can make us forget and lose sight of our genuine desires and dreams. "Look on the Bright Side"

We’ve all heard it before, “look on the bright side, and don’t let things get you down”.  The fact of the matter is its way easier to say it than to actually train you to be more positive. Interestingly enough, the reason for this could be tied into our biology as humans. Negative thinking and self-blame can be the main predictor of many mental health problems, and can even have a negative impact on our life span. Basically, staying positive doesn’t just make us happier, but it could actively be helping to keep us healthy.

Some ways to help me look on the bright side:

·                    - Rid yourself of NEGATIVE thinkers
·                    -Share positivity with others
·                    -Pick a positive thought
·                    - Bond with friends

"Think Positive"

Positive thinking doesn’t mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life’s less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of you self-talk arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information. If the thoughts that run through  your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you’re likely an optimist someone who practices positive thinking.
